Guy…leave that one alone, it isn’t juice…

Since when have I listened to the Veo?

I was referring to the bottle in the car, you know, the guy who won’t pull over to go to the…oh, forget it…

I was just being difficult…

You mean “conscious”…

I wouldnt say that after a few beers!

Mmmmmmmmmm Beer, Arrrgggglllllllhhhhhaa

Okay, you got me. No game…? Beer instead…Mmmmmmmmmm

Reminds me of the time me and a few players got together the night before
a game start to discuss tactics… We were all so exited, started celebrating,
got roaring drunk, went back to my house where we carried on drinking
and woke up next day realising not one of us had sent in our 1st turns…

The power of beer!! Go Australia!!!

Australia, powered by BEER! One of the few countries where the amber fluid is a form of currency and beer ads win most of the comercial awards.

Some Aussie terms
A slab = 1 carton of beer (36 tinnies or 24 stubbies) Jobs can be quoted on how many slabs they cost.
Tinnie = a can of beer.
Stubbie = A small bottle of beer (375 ml)
Long neck = Large bottle of beer(1.25 ltr)
Super = Full strength beer (Between 4% and 7% Alc/Vol)
Light Beer = Low alcohol (2.5%-4% Alc/Vol) we don’t give a rats how many calories are in the bloody stuff just how pissed it’s going to get you.
Pissed = Inebriated
Shout = Your turn to buy the round ie “Bruce it’s your shout mate!”
Bugger = Oh dear something seems to have gone wrong.
Bastard = A person of little worth, can be a term of endearment though. ie “Bruce is a funny bastard, You Pommy bastard.” or very derogatory “Bruce hasn’t bought his shout the useless cheap bastard!”
Six course meal = Five stubbies and a pie.
Pie = a dubious mixture of meat and gravy (don’t look too closely at the meat!) in a pastry shell, usually round, served scalding hot with tommato sauce (Ketchup for you yanks) injected in it. Usually ends up down the front of your shirt if eaten properly.
Yank = A person from the U.S.A (apologies to the Southerners)
Pom/Pommy = A person of English heritage.

So I’m off to crack open a couple of Stubbies, while passing the old optics over the telly watching the Socceroos hopefully giving Italy a bit of a touchup tonight in the World cup. Go you good things!!

Aussie Aussie Aussie!!! Oi Oi Oi!!! :stuck_out_tongue:

Only 2 stubbies? Gee, I feel like crying, think of all those other lonely beers
out there! :frowning:

Couple = 2 to blurry vision can be as many as 10-12. On #4 now!
Session = 10 to fall down.
Blow’n the froth off a couple = quenching your thirst.

So I’m blow’n the top off a couple but might have a bit of a session, will have to see how I’m feeling. Certainly up for a six course meal.

Lol, drink too many and you’ll miss the game…

Miss the football game??? Nothing to miss. Worlds most boring game - the game everyone plays because they can’t afford hockey equipment. Shame the UN doesn’t fix that.
