What we did, Herman might recall, in that Rhu/Co vs Ha/Ea game, was Corsairs purchased enough product to build 500 HC and hit his Eastie town, while between Eo, Dwarf, and NMen, we hit everything else we could reach on turn 1 and turn 2 orders burned 5 starting Easterling towns… Unfortunately, in THAT particular game, we didn’t strategize the Harad’s downfall…win some…
The 1/4 and 2/3 neutral draft is interesting because it really does depend on who goes first… Rarely would you see a team agree to NOT take a Southern Neut on 1, but Which and how the other team responds, is what’ll make subsequent choices and Turn 1 planning really neat.
Well we still have to finish beating the Germans this game and then have the reverse return match (Swap sides) and will probably want a bit of a break between so we should be good for about Feb 07.
Hey Brad, I do know that when the aussies started playing with harley back in 2000, this (i.e. free duns & corsairs and dark harad & rhu) was the game format offered for the 12 vs 12 world championship grudge games. Back then it was NO forts at 1910/4217 either
