How many turns will the DS last? Thats the question going around the FP’s ale houses.
The only things going around the FP’s ale houses are beer farts and syphilis (thank Hallas for the second item… that dirty old coot just can’t keep his royal sausage under wraps).
Perhaps you should consider revising your timeline. Apparently, some of the FP commanders in Rhun believed they were strong enough to face my Variag chieftains in one-on-one combat. The result? Minastir’s fine elven cape is now his death shroud, and Leofigild’s blackened, lifeless husk feeds the vultures.
Of course, it wasn’t perfect… Carroth escaped my grasp and Urdrath managed to get himself captured - but at this point, I’ll take what I can get.
Ok i’ll give you another turn around Rhun but after Rhun is Free again i’m going to burn your homeland. Got to do something with all those troops we are sending into Mordor.

Wow! 40 FP armies in the field. Never seen so many armies in ME. Most of them on the front lines, too. Mordor is crawling with Free Peoples. More men than orcs!
That can’t be helped, Mordor is currently undergoing a change of management and ownership as is the rest of DS lands 
You want to bet on that :eek: My turn report shows 3 of my armies on 3 of your starting towns, all in Khand Shame I messed up that 4th army movement 
otherwise your capital would of been feeling the squeeze as well this turn.

Blast!!! I was after 50000 expenses in army costs, nearly got there as well.
Well played the DS and super played my FP allies, especially Harad the only neutral which went our way.
Care to confirm John that the DS are dropping and care to swap files at game end.

Only 50k? Hit the 70k region in army costs recently for a few turns. After
their major targets were achieved, army comm’s were assasinated which left
me with +35k per turn. Went from begging/whimpering/screeching for
gold to yelling ‘who’s got da money’
And no I’m not in this game but its over, innit?
I am kind of glad this game is over, I have less characters than I started with, and about to loose some more. But I guess you allready know that since they are in your dungeons.

Its official, we have received notice from ME that the DS have quit. After 17 turns of being bushwhacked, ambushed, cursed & threatened they have decided enough is enough. Well played one and all
