Game 18 at last

Good luck, I’ve been hacking and spitting on my elven “friends” all game. They ramble on about immortality and the like. If I got any stealth I’d throw a knife at them myself, but I don’t and the last time I tried I tripped over a dwarf and cut myself instead. All the best with you then.

Beora

Yes, it’s been looking quiet around Mordor most game… where were your armies again?

I was majorly impressed that all the LR cav waited for the mighty Nmen to dispose of them but even a greater shock was to find the Blind boys startups hangin out back for 11+? Living up to his name…couldn’t you guys have spared him a seeing eye dog to show him the way… all while a couple of capitals fell?

I spose, when I think of it, you were probably all out of Dogs :stuck_out_tongue:

Give the Rhu our regards (though Sauron’s technology has improved, what’s a phone?) We’ve been looking into using 2 live orc skulls conected by an Ent vine though there isn’t much accoustics in a small hollow cranium

Dragons, aka wyrms, are the only thing that make you wriggle, oh and that fat bastard Sauron… who don’t smell so good after breakfast :frowning:

Are you sure about the girls ?

oh boy,

I should know better than to pick up anything discarded by rob, but here I am, too soft to turn down Gixx, who must really be desparate if he is asking me

maybe I would have thought twice if I had read this thread before. I don’t know what’s worse, having Brad “howling mad” Brunet on my team or Ed “Bolvag looking like Homer Simpson in the 1650 artwork might seem like a funny coincidence to those not willing to go into the depths of MEPBM, but will reveal it’s true meaning to anyone willing to explore the magic of stassun & fields’ creation” Mills on the other

anyway, the position I took over looks quite healthy, as do the rest of the FP. We just need to make sure that the DS are not healthy, not healthy at all.

Good gaming!

Welcome aboard Bernard. If you look closely, Bolvag is signaling which tactic to use in battle.

Thanks for picking up the position. I look forward to continued beatings from the new ownership.

Bernd will do his best to administer. Ed, on the other hand…now, I’m going to start taking this personally. :stuck_out_tongue:

Beora

Brad, er to what do you refer?

The way I read it is - It’s the first time in a while there’s more than one DS icon appearing on his map… Brad, chin up you finally get some action, unlike some of us

It’s not the icons that you have to watch out for.

It’s not the icons I was referring to Millsasaurus. Now shoo shoo double shoo…!

Is there nothing for the DS to sprook about? I know it’s not a T 10 but you guys did ok in a couple of things

Waiting for analysis

Ditski

We’re fine. In general I had some bad luck this turn in failing a threat and a few other odds and ends but it will work out fine.

I did enjoy torching all those cardy troops but hey…here comes the eo-horde and the woodmen.

Going to take out my first Arthedain PC this turn. Whoopeeeee…I’m sure it’s just catastrophic lol.

Hey Dits, just exactly where the heck are you going in Mirkwood? Mordor is the other direction…that must mean you have little faith that 7 nations can finish us off in the north?

Yeah, I mean we only have about 10,000+ troops to deal with in the very short term…you will arrive just in time to survey the destruction and then turn around to reach mordor around turn 30.

Yes, Ditski, another action. Much like the others, superior troops slaughter my ill equiped mobs of peaceful agrarian reformers. Now we sit in the hills at Sarn Goriwing and watch the parade of your sides troops as they march around and drill themselves for a battle on some distant frontier.

Don’t the events of the last couple of turns say it all? Didn’t think we needed to add to your misery. The empty chairs at the Command and Staff meetings. The quartermasters wondering where to store all the food now that those thousands of troops no longer have need of it. The shortages of shoe leather due to the hard marching FP troops.

Our Wyrm herders are busy lineing up the next feeding. The agents knives are sharp and targets selected. Enjoy the next round.

Shaking, quaking, shivering, quivering. The DS have Dragons! The DS have assassins! Gosh golly Miss Molly, Gee Mr Willickers, fancy little…oh, forget it. I’ll just die quietly…

Beora

indeed. if the burning of Dol Guldur, Morannon, Durthang and Kas Shadoul cannot cause serious problems to the DS game efficiency, and all this while the market is flat as a pancake, that says it all. refer to the FP strategies thread for further info

Indeed Bernd it does say it all, as they have not caused serious problems. Sure we wouldn’t mind still having those pops, but you have to allow for some losses. The market is not an issue either as previous turns, market maneuvers have shown. So Ditski understands we can only hope you were as happy with the turn results as we were.

Don’t forget Carn Dum…yep, the previous Arthedain player burned it down on turn 7…no need to go back there…just ruins, nothing to see.
