The cavalry NM has it is enough to destroy one MT tower with Low Loyalty 
However that can be solved sending one of the small Eothraim cavalry armies with the + 1000 combat weapon. Or even the NM cavalry with some combat artifacts. Remember, you are dealing with the destruction of one Nation completelly, the effort is worth the price.
