 Well there will be no surprises in this one
Do you hold grudges BTW? Forewarned is forearmed they do say. Normally though I like to befriend previous enemies. It sort of acts as a bonding exercise…

OK OK, I’m alive and well…
and checking in!
Some may change names but the style cannot be hidden. I’m in this game by accident, “BUT” after seeing my immediate adversaries check in, I’m looking forward to the coming events.
And you’ve stated the obvious as well as any; “there will be no surprises in this one”
How does the “Fast and Furious” sound for Battle I?

Yes, my accident too. Happily for all you friendly foes up there, I’m as far as they can send me. Do enjoy your little war, I doubt I’ll make it up there before turn 10…
Well I guess that gives us a 10 turn deadline, doesn’t it? Diehard, you game? :bash:
Who sent a diplo with no contact information and was signed “Adunaphel #13”…???
An idiot?
<grin>
Hell yeah.
So you don’t fancy working together in this one then?
I’d be more than happy to work together. Please ship Mounts and Steel to 4228, I’ll recruit for 5 turns and then start marching…
Lets discuss this in more detail…brynlloyd at ntlworld dot com
Always with the “call me” bit. When are you people ever going to understand exactly who has to do the footwork here?
Greetings from the pony riders! It looks like only Gothmog slipped through my net this turn. I tried to block that move, but I’m not a morning person and didn’t make it in time.
An army of diaper clad warriors on pink ponies is sneaking in your back door…so beware!

I liked Cardolan’s answer to this question, but really… We all know that more often than not the “team” that starts the game is not the same group of players running nations come turn 5, 10, etc. Do I have some assurance that the player who sent this dipo is either a total “yes man” for people with a clue or has left the game already…or not?
Is that a glimmer of light in Mordor on it’s way to visit the Dragon Lord?
I wonder if anyone is home.
I thought it was common knowledge that there is a 5 turn moratorium in Angmar.

I never really liked following the rules. I do like crushing capitols, though.
You talking about that dwarven army on Dol Godur that threw themsleves on my walls and went splat! That a total waste of some 3000 Hi I assume they have 200 to 400 left after that insanity.
I guess the FP thought i was running a real high tax rate lmao!
But just maybe I can be bankrupted… i heard there was a Player named Terry that was easy to bankrupt!
Hmm GG I always knew Noldo was so inlove with thier characters they couldn’t right orders that might get their characters Killed but it seems in this game now they are even afraid to attack my armies! Maybe a regent threat is in order! I can’t wait to laugh at those results!
Tell me something FP’s where does the Eothraim army at 3925 think it’s going to? Also how is the arty hunt going for you?
Terry, as you know there are some new players on both teams. I have resisted commenting on certain things (such as the LR) simply because there isn’t any particular glory in gloating about rookie mistakes.
The Dwarves did exactly what they should’ve done, they just didn’t get the help they expected.
to be quite honest you didn’t have enough to burn it even if Sinda joined in… but at least there would have been more Dwarven HI left afterwards…
