The mighty realm of Rhudaur informs all and sundry that it declares the area bounded by the xxx8 row to the base of the hills by Arthedain, down that hill line to 1011,down to 1612 then back across to 2112 and diagonally up that line to 2308 to be sovereign territory, Any imposing on this territory will feel my Wrath and receive a sound thrashing with a wet piece of lettuce!!

To the Noldo… What do you think you are doing wandering about with armed forces in Sovereign Rhudaur territory? This army is to decamp to the East of the diagonal line running between 2112 and 2308 or it will be hunted down and destroyed. Any and all camps laid by this army shall also be forfeit. I have declared my territory and none shall enter it without permission. Imladris shall remain Noldo so long as it remains hidden and ungarrisoned. I have my wet lettuce ready should you disobey !!!
To all my other neighbours, know my boundaries, don’t cross them and I won’t cross them.
