I am looking to modify the 12v12 game of 1650. Primarily I would like it if
all nations had some interesting aspect of game-play to partake of. In
addition I would like to make the areas of interest more expansive.
In the NW possibilities could include removing the Duns. (1st Problem -
normally this is a good way for the pre-aligned Duns to provid agent support
for the FP). Benefits of this it makes the field of battle less clearly
defined so if Rhudaur are DS then we have the WK & RH vs Nol, Dw, Ar, Card -
with the main forces of the Ar, Ca playing a bigger part. Still likely to
go FP but not certain.
In the south the Harad v Cor with QA support is usuually quite cut-throat.
With the Duns out this would mean that we need another FP nation - or we can
remove the QA to make it 11v11. (Har DS, Cor FP is norm for this). No
Easterling nation.
Minor modifications (mostly upgrades to fortifications) in most cases are
fine.
Another option is the FP having the Ea - which makes an interesting battle
in the West. We can remove QA and have the DS have Duns! Harad and Corsair
can potentially swop allegiances.
I would like to have feedback on this if at all possible. What's flawed,
what's not, what suggestions, improvements etc that could be made.
Thanks
Clint
