As for the "improvement": it's an improvement in your eyes,
but obviously not in the eyes of others. That's why rules
aren't created or changed on an ad hoc basis.

_discussion_ forum. We're not changing rules here, we're _discussing_
changing rules.
Of course if you want to whine about people discussing something
you've already decided on, Gavin, go right ahead.
