2 Questions...

1) What determines the amount of product "Available" every turn?
The games starts with a set amount, and then people buy and sell,
and camps are created that produce things...do %'s of new production
find its way to the available list? Do %'s of available product
slowly disappear, say if there was no activity? Or is it simply
set against buys and sells?

2) I've heard an answer to this one, but I'd love it confirmed:
Does ANY character WITH an army that is involved in combat USE the
combat artifact they are carrying? Emissaries too? Mages that cast
spells? I've only ever seen combat reports that include commanders
and their artifacts who are with the army, and mages when they cast
spells... I would expect the 2950 and Fourth Agers to Really know
this...?

Many thanks folks, and Good Gaming!

Yes to the combat artifacts. I had an agent with a combat artifact in an
army and she used it several times eg Moria, Dol Guldur, Morannon.
The mages needs to be ordered to cast a combat spell but they will still use
a combat artifact if they carry one.
