In a 4th age game where there are neutral teams it is assumed these
neutrals will remain neutral and cannot change allegience.
Are these nations identified as belonging to a team to the other
nations involved in that particular game? Surely Free and DS nations
would not look at a teamed neutral as a true neutral but as a third
allegience altogether.
And I assume the impetus is on these teamed neutrals to attempt to
sway the other neutrals to their cause.
Thanks in advance to any with experience in these matters and please feel free to comment further on the subject.
I have joined as neutral team many times. Only once did we stay neutral and won.
Usually just means friends join together as neuts and eventually declare just like any other game.
Very MUCH not allowed. If you join ANY game as a Neutral allied to others you MUST inform me. With 1000 you are allowed to do this and you are then the 4th allegiance as Neutral Team (not allowed to change allegiance).
Is not the 4th Age the age of Man as declared by JRR himself?
The last time I joined as a neutral “team” was over 2 yrs ago. It was with friends. We joined as friends but never agreed our lots were entwined.
Unless things changed since then, I think we were normal neuts that just happened to win against “in the box” gamers because the neutrals organized early in the game. In my memory I could swear we had the right to declare whichever. Just because ppl are friends, why do they need to join the same side?
Seems one more thing against neutral nations to me.
Say I am friends with 2 others. We join as neutrals letting you know this, of course, and always have. How does this forfeit my right as a player to upon turn 12 declare how I see fit, and they do the same? Just because friends join the same game does not mean they cannot be enemies.
