What is the chance of Harad & Corsairs both jumping
either DS or FP?
50:50 - but only if both actually declare. In a good
number of games, 1 will drop or not declare. In my
recent games, or as many as I can remember, Harad and
Corsairs have ALWAYS gone the same way.
My original thread, being that a double declaration
one way is a overwhelming swing to that side remains.
Without trying to justify it in historical accuracy
etc, I offer it as a simple, practical and enforceable
tweak to game balance
