Who told you that nonsense?

I’ve seen a Freep army on an easterling pop ctr that was reduced this turn. I do admit that my map does not show the easterling armies in the north so he may have attacked without our knowing but that is not what I’m hearing.

Griffy, FP are attacking the Easterlings and Rhudaur advanced on the FP last turn. You call the former “nonsense” and regarding the latter, you ask his intentions at Imladris? Please tell me you’re trying to win the “Extreme Spin” games, else I have serious concerns regarding your team communication. One might consider a FP concession will come sooner than expected…

Uvatha

It is nonsense that it is without provocation!
I know we are attacking the Easterlings, he refused to communicate with the free, and made very aggresive army manouvers, so he will be neutralised

Rhudaur never seemed to have any intention of going free, tried to decieve the free and has now moved to attack Imladris…sneaky, and punishable by death.

Its also nonsense that we are attacking neutrals. Only one neutral, and he is neutral only in name.

Rhudaur has not been attacked, he has become the agressor in the north west, and will pay dearly for his treachery.

The Easterings made no contact with our team but we did not attack them because of it.

You must be Blind not to see his aggresive army manouvers. We acted in defence.

I’ve been telling everyone this, especially the other neutrals, but I have not received any communication from the Easterlings. I have not heard of anyone who has. This player is not in any way communicating with anyone as far as I know, certainly no DS. I see no movements by this player. Are you claiming that he’s initiated combat against the FP? It’s our impression that you simply attacked him.

If you have to convince yourself of some imaginary conspiracy to justify it, keep it to your internal discussions, delusional hysteria has no place here.

Uvatha

HooHoo! Okay, hahahaha, so that, heheheeheh, confirms you are joking. Okay, okay, you got me. :o At least you admit jumping an uncommunicative neutral for no reason other than you felt like it. Hey, go ahead, make tough decisions. I wish you luck.

Uvatha

So you chose aggressive action as opposed to defense. Seems like your team wanted to eleiminate the Easterlings before he had a chance to declare. I admit it is very rare for an Easterling player to declare for the free but attacking them based on army movement seems rash.

Your telling other neutrals what you think

Don’t tell them what you know, or they might go free!

Depends on if I tell them that I think they know more than me and I’d love the opportunity to play in a game and learn from them.

Uvatha

To me this means you think that the Neutrals are not communicating! That would be a huge oversite on your teams part.

Depends on if I tell them that I think they know more than me and I’d love the opportunity to play in a game and learn from them.

Brad your such a charmer! Heck, even I’d want to flip DS after hearing that

I know the other 3 neutrals are communicating. Rhudaur is hardly neutral now is he!

One thing is for sure. The Easterlings won’t be sending you any Christmas cards. They might however send you the Fruit cake from last year.

We wanted to send him a Christmas card by email, but no email address was given to send it to!

Join the club! We still would not attack a neighbor for not giving us an address for which to send cards and gifts.

We made every attempt to contact the easterlings, and got no replies. We acted in self defence after he made aggresive army manouvers…it was not unprovoked.

This ‘nonsense’ was started as a recruiting ploy from the Dark Servants. The free still wish to carry out friendly discussion and negotiation with the neutrals, beneficial to both parties, to ensure a good, balanced, fun, interesting and challenging game.

Yes but he wasn’t in a position to jump 3 of your pops was he? We asked for comunication. We sent diplos, he put armies in positions that could hit our pops. We had a big discussion about it, and gave him (or her) ample opportunities to contact us. They signed their own death warrant by failing to

  1. Reply to our many attempts at contact.
  2. Positioned themselves aggressively without making contact to ally our concerns.

I don’t see you berrating Rhu for his undeclared attack on Cardy or the Noldo? But then again he is usefull to you guys to draw the flack off Whitchypoo. Let’s hope you give him a back up in Mordor, he is going to need it real soon.

Regards Herman

My statements are not about a neutral attacking one of the alliances. My point is about one side attacking a neutral rather than defending. I can however see your point about army movements and being prepared. I just don’t believe in attacking them until they move on me first. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt. Differant play styles! You just have to sit back and see how the other neutrals react, to determine whether it was a good or bad idea.
