It is actually only a compas rose there is NO directions on
it. Besides it is only SG corsairs and Harad that have it
close enough to their nations to notice it. The proud people
of Eriador is far to busy fighting on our doorsteps to notice
such a minor thing in a far "corner" of the map.Henning
