Accounts for Deft players

Do we Deft players have account numbers with Harlequin yet? For those
of us who need to make a CC payment what do we do? Wait until we
receive our first turn from Harlequin thereby going into negative
balance?

And I assume those of us who have positive balances in our Deft
gaming accounts had that amount transfered to Harlequin along with
everything else?

Eric in Maryland here ... hello everyone.

I attempted to pay $40 into my account with my VISA card, using their
secure web service (site), but after entering my personal information 3
times and being declined, I sent an e-mail to Harlequin and Clint offered

to enter the infornation for me. I sent him my info and he eas able to
charge the $40 without difficulty.

I can only suggest there is a bug on the site, so Clint suggested I let
him know when my account runs low and he'll charge me as needed.

Must be because I don't prepend those fancy "L's" to my dollars :slight_smile:

** Working through it - you'll get it with the first turn you receive - it's
not 100% necesary but helps with processing of queries etc.

For those
of us who need to make a CC payment what do we do?

*** Should be okay - we still process turns if on low funds. For the first
set of turns (ie 2 wks until games go around again) we'll send out all
NAmercan games.

*** Yes all monies (and debts) are transferred.

Hya Eric we habe the occasionaly problem (and I might add this is very
occasional). My thoughts on this is just that it is a difference in
methodology in doing something the NA way and the UK way.

If you do get problems just inform us and we can sort it out like we did
with Eric. If you have information about what the bug was then that would
help as well.
