Accounts

Okay we're just about to program the way funds work in the Accounts Program
so I just want to check that the following is appropriate.

Each player will be given a region when they set-up.
North America - US $
United Kingdom (and all others not fitting the other 3 regions)- Sterling
Europe (not UK) - Euros
Australia - Aus $

You will then pay in that currency (or converted to the appropriate
currency) for your games. We'll set the turn price (and other fixed prices)
so that everything is the same but obviously due to the international money
market the exchange rate will mean that your turns cost about the same and
then every 6 months update it (or so).

This should make it easier for all players to keep an eye on their account,
encourage new players to join (paying in sterling frustrates some players)
and allow us to keep an accurate set of accounts for each region so that we
can appropriately use that information (eg flyer dropping, contacting
players, advertising etc).

What do you think?

This sounds fine with me. I wasn't all that worried about the fluctuating exchange
rate, but I suppose it is a factor.
