We'd hope to do the following: Turns that are missing on the Due Date would
be sent to the TC (Team Contact) or TCs, or a designated player TP.
At the game start unless you specify otherwise, all players would have the
TC and TP options on. Ie if you are missing sending a turn in on turn 0
then your turn would be forwarded to the TC and TP. But if there is no TC
or TP then the turn would not be sent out.
Shadow turns - are often paid for by the player owning the position.
I would have this covered in the house rules. It's upto players to keep
upto date with rules. As an example of this, I still have players over a
year into the game come and ask for 2 free turns for taking over nations.
(We've never done it). The House rules are part of the rules and as much a
part of the game as anything else. What I intend to do is add the changes
into the FS for the 2/3wk period when they get implemented from now on, put
them in Bree, discuss them on this and the Forum page. More than that I
don't think will work.
