aftermath of a successful threat

Hi

What happens to the enemy’s characters present in a popcen if I successfully threaten it ?
Are they captured/killed or are they left free ?

Same question if i successfully capture/destroy the popcen.

Thanks for the answer to another newbie question.

Nothing happens to the enemy’s characters due to pop center actions.

They look on you with envy, because their own C87 just failed FOUR turns in a row, with sufficient troops, to Threaten loyalty 33 Sarn.
