Aggressive? How is this for aggresive? We expect the players to use a tool that will cut our workload down to a fraction of the current level. If they do our job for us, their reward is nothing except being excluded from being whomped in the wallet with a heafty admin fee that we'll use to punish any that don't do our job for us.
I think THAT is pretty aggressive.
