Am I cheat....?

Since, essentially, we are talking game ethics let us consider some other wrinkles:

Would it be permissible to develop "psychological profiles" of oppopnents? From previous game contact, reading message board entries, discussions with other gamers etc, it is possible to gain insight into the personality of a particular person. Should that 'soft' information be used? If you conclude that an opponent is very cautious and unlikely to issue personal challenges, is it alright to take the risk of never refusing challenge when in contact with his characters?

May you use life experiences in this game? An example: Having some experience with life behind bars I was in a game with a neutral who was a prisoner. I was the BS and he was the Easterling. I sent him a letter, which would be innocent of intent to the average citizen, but a deadly insult to a convict. This was to provoke him into rash behavior. The ruse worked beyond my wildest imagination. He sent every character with agent ability (between 10 and 40 points all of them) to the BS capital and tried to assassinate Akhrohil, who was an army commander. Ahkrohil killed all six of the Easterling agents. My all-time record of one character killing in one turn.

You have an ally in one game who (unknown to him) is an enemy in another game. If he tells you something about the second game can you use it?
