We could do with someone to receive and send out turns in the US. Anyone
interested? The guy doing it is basically bored of doing it - the exciting
life style of being a PBM GM uh... 
His job consists of:
Receiving turns, set-ups and queries from players. (Note some are
incarcerated but a Post Office box can deal with any privacy issues you
might have).
Phone calls from players (usually directed to us).
Scanning turns in and emailing them to us.
Receiving the results of those turns from us and posting them out.
Posting other items for us on an occasional basis eg GWCs etc.
It's about 4 hours work a week so ideal for a someone with some spare time
and can be run from home if that's any help.
If we can't find someone then that's okay he'll continue but I said that I'd
ask around. You don't need a lot of knowledge of Middle Earth but do have
to be reliable and trustworthy.
