Okay, we've complained to them and nothing has been heard back. They
haven't removed us from the spam list so if you are in any games with
team-mates with AOL accounts then please inform them. Maybe they can set-up
an yahoo or Hotmail account until we can get this sorted.
You might recall we had a similar problem with MSN. It eventually got
sorted but not before a lot of emails to them and assistance by you. If you
can contacct AOL if you are a customer and demand that they sort this out
(we've sent several emails and normally I prefer less aggressive language
but we're pretty much being ignore by them).

Hi,
The reported AOL problem has also been encountered by other GMs and
companies running PBeM game turns. Here at Flagship magazine we have
asked AOL to comment on these problems, quoting several examples of
the problem, but we have yet to receive a reply. Should we eventually
receive an answer I'll let everyone on this list know what they say.
My own personal opinion (in no way associated with Flagship's
position) is that, based on AOL's service alone (ie total lack of
response) people should give serious thought as to taking their custom
elsewhere.
Good call Colin. AOL has sucked since the mid 90's. I find it hard
to beleive that they are still dominate but that is changing IMO.
