I have multiple armies at a location, facing one army. Will all my
armies attack if one of my commanders issue an 230 or 235 order? Or
do I have to issue the order to all my commanders? Asking since I'd
like to move on with the armies, but the enemy has a better
commander than me, and I'll need to refuse challenge to win the
fight troop-wise.
Any of your armies will only attack if its own commander orders it to do
so. (230 vs 235 only determines _who_ you will attack if there's a
choice of nationalities). No army commander can order another army
to attack.
If the enemy orders an attack, all of your armies will defend against
it, whether he ordered 230 or 235 (they'll defend against Attack Nation
only if _your_ nation is attacked.)
Also, consider the size of the armies involved -- if you can beat him
with one of your armies, you can have its commander refuse and attack,
and the others refuse and move.

Each army that you want to attack must have "attack"
orders issued by its army commander. Armies will
fight if attacked by an enemy, but it you want to make
sure they contribute to combat your army commander
must issue the order.
