Got a nice email from Mike, who says that in version
2003a, you must Delete & Import data at least once
before sending. He'll fix that in the next version.
This is a BoFA game and didn't come with an XML file,
so there's nothing to Import. I'm now trying to see if
I can import a dummy file and manually change info
after, or if I can find some other method. Anyone know
a workaround?

You can DELETE & IMPORT any valid XML file... then try the Scenario
UPDATE again. I can't remember right off, but I don't THINK the UPDATE
will wipe the XML folder location info.
