automagic problem

I'm having trouble using automagic. It use to open with a window
that asked to enable macros etc nit that window oes not appear when
automagic if first opened. In addition all cells open with a new
window that states ""macros in this project are disabled. Please
refer to either on-line help or documentation of the host to
determine how to enable the macros."

Any suggestions, please? I've even downloaed a new version and I am
still having problems.
