The newest revision to Automagic is posted to the website.
The Automagic Revision numbering scheme has changed to reflect the fact that we're
close to completing the (strictly error correction) revisions. (This will also make it
easier for me to track revisions automatically.)
This revision attempts to address some of the Runtime error message problems.
Specifically, Error 429, (and possibly Error 1006), as they pertain to file location
problems. (These were mainly problems with Mac and Windows95 users.) It also once
again attempts to address the date problems with non-english language sets. (Last
attempt didn't work.)
Note that this revision does NOT address the Runtime Error 1006 that pertains to the
E-Mail interface problem. That problem is unresolvable (at least by me), so those
people who have that problem will just have to continue to bypass the Automatic
E-Mailing feature and attach the generated orders file manually.
Also note that I have received NO replies from Mac users regarding the Mac filing
system, so these attempts to fix the problem are only guesses on my part.
Anyway, if you have had Runtime Error 429 (and non-Email related Error 1006) problems,
then please let me know whether or not this latest revision fixes these problems for
you.
