Automagic

Anything that
reduces our costs means a subsequent saving for players. Ie it means we
don't hike the prices in future (or by a lesser %).

I have an idea for cost savings. Don't spend any more time on the rankings idea.

is ther someone ther knows how to get automagic to worke under openoffice or
can it not be done

David

Sorry. I know nothing regarding Open Office (I assume this is a Linux
thing?), so I can't help with getting it to work. My gut feeling is that
it won't, (Microsoft stuff being highly proprietory), but I can't be
sure.

You have no chance of getting it working with open office. Microsoft
aren't keen in having full compatability with other products,
especially free ones ! I had a dabble, then asked some friends who
are very good with linux, we both came up with the same answer. No
chance !
