I would like to humbly beg Harlequin to find the autoreply program, or
whatever, that Deft used, and switch to it!
When you send your turns to Deft by email, it would INSTANTLY sent you a
simple reply back, with your original email all there, saying that it has reached
the turns account, blah blah, etc.
Harlequin seems to have a system that replies automatically (?) only if you
have ME first in the subject...so I've been told. Of course, this is not a
statistically relevant opinion, but, I have had things automatically replied to
WITHOUT "me" in the subject, I have had things automatically replied to
a number of hours later, and I have had things NOT automatically replied to.....
Also, the reply Deft used to send actually claimed to have came from somewhere,
as opposed to Harlequin's hidden source. If you had a problem with your turn, you
could just send their automatic reply, with all your orders that they clearly received,
right back at them, and await a simple "Yes of course, sorry, we'll fix that right up..".
Where is the onus of proof with the Harlequin system?
Regards,
Brad Brunet
