Game 230 has just filled up - so game 232 is the next 2950 - all email game.
(You can play postally but you need to have an email account that you are in
regular contact with). Send me a list of nations that you would like to
play and when we get to 25 nations filled I will allocate you a nation from
that list that you send me.

Have you got the rules/map etc? They explain most of this in that.
