Couple thoughts. Noticed that some stuff on the website is not on
the pdf, vice versa...?
Greg's article on changing the game, nice bit. Mentions getting in-
game pay-outs for fulfilling Victory Conditions though, and although
he mentions VC's that "actually matter"...he doesn't provide
examples. Is he around here to fill in this void?
Also, the Tweak Your Nation Article. I'd like to hear what is meant
by point #3 arguing for 60% taxes where he writes:
"I don't want to hear any more from wealthy nations on my team that
they like the loyalty improvements at 39%. There is somebody on the
alliance who can use the cash."
And then in point #5 discussing a "zero-zero economy" he writes:
"Don't rely on sells or loans (gifts) from your allies. You are
responsible for your own economy. Your playing a soverign nation.
Treat it as such."
I'd hate his next ally to retort: "I'm treating my nation as
sovereign" when he's asked to spread some cash around to the needy.
How are these seemingly inconsistent thoughts applied effectively
within a team dynamic?

Yup. I've yet to upload all the stuff on the PDF to the website. I've
a bit of a backlog here Also, stuff is appearing on the website
as and when it is written. It will sometimes take a while before there
is enough material to fill a PDF Bree.

I've played with far too many players who tell me of the value of
loyalty to their nations when others are starving to put troops in the
field, or can't afford to name characters. While I recognize there are
cases where you want to take taxes WAY down, it's basically an
admonition against selfish play.

Live as if no one will (or has to) help you, but be willing to help
others who get in a bind.
Did it really say "your" and not "you're"? Ack! I know better than that!
