1-Games Played (finished)
2-Games Won (Team win)
3-MVP votes
4-VP's compared to that nations average VP score
Can be worked out a number of different ways. I've since
created a slightly different and much simpler formula that
does virtually the same thing the one in Bree does, but it
doesn't use Standard Deviations re: VP's.
I've seen 4 comments in regards to the PRS so far (2 private).
Opinions and suggestions welcome.

Whenever I have seen discussions concerning the PRS they've centred around
the issue of playing with perennial "drop outs". But from the suggested
system it looks as if its really intended to produce a ranking system so
that players who wish to win at all costs can align themselves with the best
players.
Is that really the way the game is going to progress? I am not a new player
but if I were I would feel very excluded by that system. Can't really see
the point to it at all, just looks like a way of good players flaunting how
good they are. Don't show me how good you are in the rankings ... show me
how good you are in the game!

I had an open mind about the PRS at first, I put something about the idea
on my website. Most comments I received were negative. Players just don't
want it.
By all means try and introduce something Brad if you are committed, but the
comments I received suggest a large proportion of players don't want to
co-operate.
If that's the case then any PRS you or Harly introduce will be flawed.
