could be an optional surcharge - your grudge team
player above could choose
not to play it.
Unless this insurance scheme can somehow ensure you'll
have the same number of team-players and
individualists on each side, it will do nothing to
restore balance to the force and destroy the Sith....

I find it hard to believe that even individualists want 8 turn games, or to
annoy the neutrals so much that they all declare against.... No, wait,
