All 5 should have 50 skill points, say 40 command and something else.
Leofigild should have 30 c, 10 a, 10 e. In the Riders of Rohan, these
are 5 of the 6 thegyns of the the 6 tribes of the horse lords. The 6th
is not mentioned. The names are listed in the tribe section and on the
military table, 17 levels or 50 points is listed are the thegyns
ability. Urdiks and Atagavia are the Gramuz listed on the start up
cover sheet and there level are correct. Mahcared has a seperate list
and that he has 50 points and shares joint command of the Ailigra's
with Thuidimer.
Arthedain-Can't find Alquawen, Bondan, or Sarkar as Arthedain. A
Sarkar shows up as an evil ranger in Angmar products.
Marl Tarma 40c 10a 10 mg per Arnor 2nd Edition
Minastir 10c,10am 10mg per Cardolan Lost realm or 20c,10a,10 m per
Arnor 2nd Edition
Morwen 10c,10a,10mg per Eagle Eryie, She is Argelebs spy in Maethburg
and is a ranger.
As per the Arnor module there are much better people in the Arthedain
court that could replace some of their weaker characters
Cardolan-Perfect as per the Lost Realm of Cardolan changes in Arnor
2nd edition
North Gondor-Perfect except the use of Veantur. His is the leader of
the guards at Barad Ungol. So this is slightly out of time by 20
years. Had they used Mirien, Tarondor's wife from the Minas Ithil
book, it would be a better choice.
Mirien, 20c,20e,10 m give her the palantir and give Tarondor the Mace
of Anarion +1000 combat neutral (this would replace gildagor and axardil)

Amroth 60co, 30e per Lords of ME 1 (not the older Lorien product) only
15 stealth since he is a silvan
Thranduil-60c,20e,10m. He is a minor mage.
Taurnil-30 c,10 a,10m incorrect from the start
Nimrodel-only 15 stealth since she is a silvan
Noldo
Elrohir and Elladan 40c,20a,10 mage
Cirdan is Sindar and should have 20 stealth
Gaedae 50c,20a,10 mage and 20 stealth Sinda as per Arnor 2nd Edition
Elrond and the twins are not noldo but the lineage of their blood
yields the 25 stealth

Dog Lord should get the Wolor priest ring like in 2950
Cloud Lord can not find most of characters on Ji and Araudagal.
Blind Sorcerer Perfect except for Mardrash which I can't find

Long Rider-Did Hargrog take 1400 years to find his 2 weapons. Give

Feagwaith needs 30 steath, he is an undead wraith.
Corsairs- Angamaite and Sanganundo should have there emissary changed
to agent

Dunlending Aohongas should be a 30co 10agent
