In the Orders panel when you select the option to Show movement etc there's a box on the far RHS that you tick. Untick it and it will remove the information (eg the move order, the 947 that sort of thing).
If you're inputting the orders on the RHS panel (not recommended) then the same box will show up if you show orders.
