How to attack a neutral AND provoke the others.
Whereas I attacked what I thought was neutral but it turned out to be a
recently sided neutral and I am being attacked by their side despite never
knowingly issuing an attack order against them. (They were even close to me
joining their side at the time and they never told me!!!) I still haven't
done any aggresive orders against them and have captured people, killed
someone in a challenge and killed well over 5000 troops.
