Nice post Richard, especially the link to flagship site. Wow, that magazine
seems to have come of age.
Anyway, Its early on Boxing day morning and my head hurts, soon got to fly
to South of France, but eh, copeable........
I like a challenge, and i see you are requesting one. Sadly, even the might
of the undefeated Australians, had to decline, when i offered to pick up
their gauntlet.
Its all about bottle, I guess!
Usually I would not name my team but feel its justified here, (would like to
be known as the FtF select, (Chris Courtier, Chris Littlejohn, Ulrik
Bisgard, Alan Jeffery & Frank Redmond,(& can we keep all the hate mail to a minimum
please gents)) providing we can play 1650. DS naturally. (We like to do
things the hard way, DS in winter, mmm, that will be interesting.)

There are just 3 addititional provisos to your house rules they would be,

1. GM decision is final, we accept a house ruling on the chin.

2.Absolutely NO ONE RING victory/involvement at all. If you accidentally
pick it up on a 900 (extremely unlikely but still possible ;-), we have some
agreed mechanics to ''remove it'' from your possession.

3WC rules, forts on 1910 and 4217, Harad & Rhuduar DS, or could go with your
choice thing, we get 1 & 4 choice, 5 th neutral dropped (opps for
easterlings to be in play.)

I like the +10 points on character of your choice, as per FtF format too..

If we could agree to that, I think you have your opposition,
Back on 3rd January, we could go for kickoff that week if, your team feel
they want a bottom spanking......

Just thinking/musing around who the other team members are/maybe, perhaps,
Messrs Sankey & Tilley? Comments?

As stated am away till 3rd Jan so wishing all ME fans, and especially all
the staff, (who work bloody hard) at ME games, a Happy new Year.

Some good chaps there whom we've played alongside before. I can see that
it will be very satisfying to give you the thrashing you deserve.

The "choice thing" would be best. We'll have to discuss the forts and get
back to you.

RD: We don't do hate mail. Last Cup game the FP did lotsa bragging but we
saved our energy for the game, and will do the same again.

RD: Yup, so far so good. You will understand that I must get the approval
of my team-mates to the rest of your suggestions, but I don't forsee any
problems. I will get back to you as soon as I have confirmation.
