The original thread around the 498 order appears to have grown in scope. Without forcing players to send in their turns and/or report exact instances in games, I get the impression that there is enough anecdotal evidence to suggest that moving the code has indeed resulted in changes to the game.
Dragons are no longer behaving in a “known” manner - multiple sources.
The Economy is working differently - Ernest FA evidence.
I personally don’t have any “evidence” of such, nor do I have any clear thoughts on any other similar types of perceived differences in how the game works. If a new emissary kills Ji instead of allowing himself to be kidnapped, I’ll shrug it off to “critical miss” on Ji’s part. Dice. Happens.
But - I’m curious as to what kind of testing has been and will be done around these issues. For example, running games in parallel on both platofrms…?

Brad

It's possible, there was one example but we fixed that.

Yeah send me some game, nation and character examples off list and I can check specifics.

Well I'll have to look, but it doesn't appear to be a problem.

Indeed, got any example of that?

We're looked at the code for the old Macs and check against that whenever there is an issue.
