The suggestion that I thought we might try is that
each turn, each side gets to send 1 diplo to everyone
else on their team. EG: on t1, SG/Woo send a diplo
to the FP, WK/BS send to the DS. The pairs of nation
sending rotate so that every pair sends 1 diplo every
6 turns. Diplos can be a maximum of 20 words - which
should be enough to convey 2-4 things. EG t1 WK / BS
writes:
WK attacking 1106 w cav, BS sends army to Esgaroth.
BS locating 42,44, 189. Will try revealling 2209 t4.
At game start Clint to determine which order nations
will send out diplos and assign roster.
