Signed up for a game, but also doubt that went ok.

A good question -- the last couple years at least there has been no break in the schedule for the Holidays -- which is too bad, because the first couple years after GSI took over from DGE one of the things I really appreciated was that extra week! I take my yearly vacation across Xmas and New Years, and having an extra week meant I could fit in my turns around my vacation easier...
So Clint, what is the deal -- is game 40 really due on Xmas Day? Game 45 due on the 26th? And so on? Or will the week of Xmas be one of celebration, parties, and no running of turns at MEGames central HQ?
Are we getting the extra Holiday week, or going by the due date on the
turn results???

The auto-response doesn't seem to be working right
now. If you aren't getting a failure message on your

I get the distinct impression it is a semi-automatic response.
If I send stuff in late on the weekends I often get the "auto" response shortly before an ME Games staffer sends me the human reply, whether that's right away or a day away.

Clint -- how close am I?
If you put ME in the subject line you get an auto-response. If not you don't. Yahoo account holders are regularly getting bounced emails though so it might be that. We occasionally have the computer go down and if I'm not around (like I wasn't over the Christmas period) then you won't get a response. That's rare.
