Can you help out - when emailing us a query can you remove the contents of
the Body of the Email. Sometimes it can run to over 10 pages. We print
this off for record keeping and to work on at our leisure (so that we can
free up the email machine). Just the email query is fine.

I'm guessing that's my reply to my turn and the XML data killed
all those trees. I'm quite the tree hugger myself, actually,
often making quite the todo at work over unnecessary printing.
But then, I get two of those emails a week, so I would expect
this issue simply reinforces my point in that particular mail...
