For your information. Convention madness has come again, each year we think
"next year we'll be more prepared" and we never are. Each year it takes
more time, more effort and we work later each time and get up earlier the
day of the con, leaving Cardiff 6am this time, getting back the next day
around 11pm my guess. 
So if the service is not 100% at present and we forgot that all important
character move or whatever please accept our apologies (big flyer drop
combined as well making more than the usual level of madness) - it'll get
sorted.
Some of you have asked about Easter hols and Bank Hols. We'll be working as
normal , we don't do the Easter break thing (or any bank hols - if we take a
break we'll inform you all). So please avoid disappointment and get your
turn in as normal - or even a little earlier.
