Did anyone used to play this game, or does anybody know if it is still
run, and if not what happened?
I can`t remember who moderated it, but it was an enjoyable little game.

Does this encounter benefit a neutral nation? And if so, does anyone know what the best possible choice would be to advise? The Bobbins message on encounters is a little sparse in regards to neutrals. Any help would be appreciated.
