Deadlines

Interesting. However I wonder how it would work with the seasons. Would the DS drag it out to two weeks in winter to get fewer winter turns, then the FP drag it out to 2 weeks to get fewer summer turns.

Actually I was thinking about a 4th Age game (don't play 1650/2950
anymore), but I see your point about the southern vs. northern nations.
I wonder if there is an easy way for MeGames to uncouple the seasons
from reality, and just have the seasons change by "two weeks" whenever a
turn is run?

And when they do that, they can fix the 1 week game
problem where seasons last twice as long...which is fine
when your game starts in March, but my last DS 1week game
started in October...

We can do but it's a pain to make sure we do it and the 1,000 other things we have to do each turn. We do it with the FTF - I create a file with the information for real time and game time and make sure the date gets updated each time. I would doubt that players would play to get an extra turn of summer/winter but that depends on who the group is I guess.
