See what happens when you try to deal with your customers about a price increase and then outline steps they can take to avoid the increase! What you should do is print a notice retracting everything you have written about Automagic & MEOW and then just announce an across the board rate hike. That would make everyone happier!
Come on everyone! As my mother use to say, "Quit yer bellyachin!"

As far as I can tell, this is exactly what some of the posters here want.
They appear to be upset that some other people might get to pay less
for their turns than they do. Go figure.
I wasn't planning on using automagic because it won't save me from the
problems that I have (like selling the wrong thing or sending product
to the wrong nation!) And, to be honest, I'm not sure that the
learning curve is worth the savings to me. But I have no objection to
other folks using it and saving themselves some cash.
Harly could do different things with the reduced need
I'd like to see the labor saved go into things like scenario
development. Since all of the strong teams that I've seen have online
maps, this would be a nice thing for Harly to do next - and I'm
reasonably sure that they could even charge for it. e.g. set up a
password-restricted section on their web page for alliance-specific
online maps and possibly charge for it. If there was some way to
import turn results directly into the map I would be especially
interested and willing to pay extra for it.
