Mike,
What about adding a cell with just the '# - text' before the required info section, or a drop down box for each order type above the required info section?
Doesn't have to do anything other than provide a handy look up of orders

FYI... Just put up a poll in the MePBM Yahoo Group.
The next revision of AutoMagic is being worked on, and I was thinking
about changing the way Orders are input. Rather than just an order
number, I can make the drop-down list show "# - Text Code", to make it
easier to select the correct number from the list.
The problem with this approach is that you could no longer just type in
the order number directly. You'd either have to select it from the list,
or type it in the "# - Text Code" format exactly. That means that people
who know the order numbers and just type them in would actually have to
use the drop-down list instead.
So, the question is, would you rather leave the order input method the
same, (with the ability to type in a 3-digit order number), or expand
the order selection to include the text code, (which would require using
the drop- down list)?
1. Leave order input method as it is (3-digit order number).
2. Expand order input to include text code.
You can find the poll on the MePBM List Yahoo Group, or use the URL
below.
