Cut down rules unfortunately. Both are available in the veterans version
but not the much more stricter version. Look out for my story of my
latest bofa veterans game if I can ever get hold of Colin Forbes.

Hi All,
Enjoying my first Play-by-mail experience thoroughly! I have a
question though. I have captured a rival leader, but there does not
appear to be any order for me either ransom him or (not if I would
do it of course!) slaughter him. Is this only available in the full
game?
