2) give the target character an order which
overrides any skill order given him by the owning
player
3) slay the target character (not in the book, but
for the sake of completeness in the game).
Or, since death via singing is not very "good" nor
very tolkien-like, make the thrid level be the
overriding of 2 orders (one of which can be retire).
FOr the second level, it can not be the retire
command.
