Hi Everyone

a.) Please try not to include digests when sending emails to the group.

b.) If possible, please try to delete everything except your message and
important bits of messages you are replying to.

It only takes seconds and saves about 70 people from downloading rubbish.
As some folk live in countries where downloading cost a lot, this can be
quite significant for them. Other people simply unsubscribe if the weight of
emails gets too much.

Cheers

Sam (In Harlequin GM mode)

Worse still, the person in question didn't actually add anything to her
mail! All she sent was the digest. C'mon, Liza, tell us what's on your
mind!

Which brings up something which actually annoys me about this list. (Oh god,
not again, goes the crowd...) The advertising seems to have moved to the top
of the message recently rather than sitting nicely at the bottom where I can
ignore it. Half my preview window is taken up by Nextcard Visa advertising.
I'm almost tempted to apply for a damn Visa card just so they can refuse me
for not being in the US and then I can sue them under French law. Yup,
there's a precedent, folks.

Is this positioning something over which you have control?

Gavin
