I was able to bring up the play-by-mail.com site, and let me tell you I was disgusted! You are greeted with a peach-ish screen with an "ENTER" button and then some of the most disgusting stuff I have ever seen is displayed. But being a consummate professional I persevered through the "Free Tour" 6 times to make sure I had all the details correct. I was going to force myself to go through it again, but my boss came by.
If anyone feels that I should go back and review the site again I might be able to force myself.
But seriously, there are no warnings before pornography is displayed to advise anyone what it is they are opening. There is a Tom & Nicole video with a black bar over Nicole's naughty bits as soon as the first screen is displayed with promises of more inside. The free tour includes everything imaginable, well maybe not everything, I didn't notice any beastiality!
Hi,
On behalf of Flagship I drew the short straw to actually
look at this damn site, and I have to say that I can't even
get access to it (using both Netscape and Internet
Explorer). If anyone has better luck (if thats the right
word), please contact me privately - no point in clogging up
the MEPBM list with this sort of stuff.
(Anyone know if the preview will air here, and
where/when?)
you think that's not fair. Its being made next door to
where I live, and I would have liked to just across
the pond and see it being made. But it was a closed
shop.
thanks

How was the preview?
I think they were too busy working out how tall
gandalf was to notice.

p.s even if it was bad, I will still pay money to
watch it. But only once.
I'm actually interesting in movie number 2 and 3, ie
how will they remind the audience of what they saw a
year ago. And will they try to make people think they
just saw a complete movie, or will it be a 'wait a
year, to see what happens' sort of movie (like they do
at the end of season's break for all a TV series).
Chris -
not to be confused with Mr. Soar...
is that like 'eagles may soar, but turkeys don't get
sucked into a plane's engine ?'

The preview was approximately 20 seconds long (I kid you not) and showed a
scene with thousands of orcs rushing down a hillside, and a quick shot of
who I presume was Frodo.
They did say a 15 minute teaser will be shown at this year's Cannes Film
Festival, so if anyone happens to be in the South of France about then...

I made a mistake in the Game number. It is 40 not 19
(which is my nation number). So here it goes again:
There has been a coup in the neutral nation of the
Dominion and I am now the new heir. I wish to make
contact with any nation that desires to open
diplomatic channels.
Heir Apparent (Eric)
