Subject: Dragons - again!
Me again about Dragons - I think I'll compile a book on all the Dragon
Lore so far collected.
Just got my turn back and successfully recruited the Dragon - however he
didn't go quite where I expected. Instead of going to the army with the
best commander, he went to the army that had the best commander travelling
with it - it does however confirm that Artifacts have an affect on who the
Dragon goes to.
At the same time, another character has bumped into another eminently
recruitable Dragon - although this one tends to eat you if you don't fight
often enough. Now I know where the Dragon will end up if recruited I have
two further questions.
If I move this particular character to join another army, will the Dragon
join him at the new location or the old? More interestingly, will the
Dragon I already have follow the commander to join the new army, or stay
with the one he is now with?
I guess the question is, does the Dragon follow the army or the commander?
Thanks in advance - theer could be some interesting tactics coming up
depending on how this works out!

Command rank has nothing to do with which army gets the dragon.
It is based upon which army commander has the highest TOTAL ranks.

Doh!! slap on head and penny dropping!
Thanks for that Nick - a quick check of relative stats would appear to bear
you out - I was trying to entice the Dragon with Command level only!
Circumstances are about to change as a more powerful character has just
joined another army and is about to take it over. At the same time I'm
about to try and recruit another Dragon - where will the Dragons go?
I'm so glad this forum exists and has such a depth of experience - I could
have wasted any number of valuable orders trying to figure this lot out!
